We work with adults on a one-to-one basis and our fees are £50 for a 50 minute session.
You will normally have a named counsellor/therapist for your entire time with us.
If counselling is something you feel you may be interested in, I would ask you to meet one of our counsellors for an initial assessment appointment.
We can then decide together if counselling would be right for you and if you wish to proceed further.
